PetaNetra is an application that uses Augmented Reality (AR) technology to help blind people navigate independently in indoor public spaces to make them more comfortable and independent. This app supports the use of VoiceOver to help convey information to the visually impaired.PetaNetra can detect your location and will guide you to the destination you choose. In using the application itself there are 4 types of markers that will be found:1. Place This marker serves to indicate the place where the user will aim or to indicate the users standing position. Some examples included in placemarks are gates, toilets, counters, etc. 2. Warning This marker serves to inform that the user needs to be more careful when walking. An example is a warning of differences in floor heights. 3. Obstacle This marker serves to notify that there are obstacles that the user needs to avoid while walking. Some objects that include obstacles are holes, poles, railings, etc. 4. Action This marker serves to instruct that the user needs to perform a certain action according to the instructions. Examples of instructions that will be found in the application are "push the door", "raise your hand to check body temperature", "scan PeduliLindungi", etc.
